Old Town Apartment in Nice - Balcony & City Views
Living Spaces
Nice Renting offers a one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room and a balcony facing the city. The living room has a TV and leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The apartment is accessed via a lift between the first and second landing, with a couple of flights of stairs before that.
Location
The apartment sits on narrow pedestrianised streets in Old Nice, with a cheese shop next door and both tram lines within a short walk. Plage Castel is 7 minutes on foot, Garibaldi Square is 2 minutes away, and the Promenade du Paillon is 500 metres from the door. Inside the apartment, the street noise is minimal, though the nearby tower bells ring at 7 am.
Points of Interest
The apartment is 300 metres from MAMAC (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) and 9 minutes on foot from Nice Opéra. Cours Salaya, the famous flower market, is a few minutes' walk, and the Promenade des Anglais is also close. Boating activities are available in the surrounding area.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is 8 km from the apartment, reachable by tram or taxi. Both tram lines stop within a few minutes' walk, providing direct access to the train station and the port. Street parking is available nearby, though it is limited and paid.
